You can use the built-in Accessibility Checker to assess the Accessibility of your PDF document. 

1. Select Accessibility Tools
2. Select "Full Check" command from the Accessibility Tools panel
3. Use the default “All Pages”
   • (By default, everything but “tables must have a summary” is checked)
4. Select Start Checking
